The staff members at UMP provide a wide
range of experience and expertise. Many of our
staff members have years of experience working
in imaging departments, so they know the important
issues. Our staff members include a former regulator,
who provides solid advice on regulatory issues.
We have physicists who have been licensed by the
State of New York and certified by the American
Board of Radiology, American Board of Medical
Physics, and American Board of Health Physics,
which are all extremely rigorous in their requirements,
and ensure clients receive only the most qualified
advice. Our physicists are well educated and trained,
and regularly attend professional meetings to
stay current with the latest imaging technologies.
Our Quality of Work
Not only do we have well-qualified, experienced
professionals on staff to perform all measurements,
all reports and calculations are internally reviewed
in detail by another staff member to ensure the
client receives our best work. We also use state
of the art, calibrated equipment and sophisticated
custom developed software to perform all measurements
quickly and accurately.
Our Response Time
Because of the number of staff members,
UMP is able to respond to client requests when
the client needs it. Need us for an urgent site
visit? We respond quickly. Our phones are answered
by a person, not a recording, which enables us
to get your answer in a matter of minutes, not
hours or days. And we strive to provide prompt
turn around time for all written reports. Many
of our reports are sent to clients within a week
of the completed work.
